Designate a team captain to be responsible for the team's registration, participation and compliance with league guidelines.
Review the league rules (there are changes this year) so you know what it takes to put together a legal team and what is required to remain eligible all season. It is the responsibility of each team captain to obtain league rules and registration materials from the Park's Department, informs each player of the rules and ensure that every team member follows the rules.
Complete a team roster form with up to 12 players (due by the first game). The roster (and any future changes) must be completed according to league rules.
Each player must complete and sign the Injury/Liability Release Form due by the first game.
Submit the basic data sheet, team roster, player registration forms and league registration fee by December 4, 2009. Remember there are a limited number of teams for each league.
After following these steps, Eastmont Metropolitan Parks & Recreation will review your registration for completeness and compliance with league guidelines. We will notify the team captain of approval or disapproval as soon as possible.
Season schedules will be issued at the Team Manager’s Meetings, December 16th or December 17th, 2009 (must attend 1) at 7:30 PM in the Parks Department’s Meeting Room. Teams that are not represented at one of the meetings will not be eligible for playoffs.
