Rules and Regulations

This facility is maintained by Eastmont Metropolitan Parks & Recreation District. For the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others, please observe the following facility use rules:

Trail Hours: Daylight Hours Only
Keep pets on a leash, clean up is required by owners
Pets are not allowed on nature trails
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed
Discharge of fireworks/firearms and other dangerous activities prohibited
Open fires not allowed
Help keep the trail clean, please pickup litter and use litter receptacles
Solicitation or sales with prior park department permission only
Bikes must yield to pedestrians - warn when passing
Permits required for organized groups and activities
Overnight camping not allowed
Respect others use of the trail by observing these rules
Gatherings or behavior determined to be disruptive to trail patrons or park programs is prohibited

Use of parks & recreation facilities is conditioned upon compliance with facility use rules and regulations. Any person violating the rules may be subject to removal.
