Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail
Rules and Regulations
This facility is maintained by Eastmont Metropolitan Parks & Recreation
District. For the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others, please
observe the following facility use rules:
- Trail Hours: Daylight Hours Only
- Keep pets on a leash, clean up is required by owners
- Pets are not allowed on nature trails
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed
- Discharge of fireworks/firearms and other dangerous activities
prohibited
- Open fires not allowed
- Help keep the trail clean, please pickup litter and use litter
receptacles
- Solicitation or sales with prior park department permission
only
- Bikes must yield to pedestrians - warn when passing
- Permits required for organized groups and activities
- Overnight camping not allowed
- Respect others use of the trail by observing these rules
- Gatherings or behavior determined to be disruptive to trail
patrons or park programs is prohibited

Use of parks & recreation facilities is conditioned upon compliance
with facility use rules and regulations. Any person violating the
rules may be subject to removal.
