Designate a team manager to be responsible for the team's registration, participation and compliance with league guidelines.

Review the league rules so you know what it takes to put together a legal team and what is required to remain eligible all season. It is the responsibility of each team manager to obtain league rules and registration materials from the Park's Department, informs each player of the rules and ensure that every team member follows the rules.

Complete a team roster form with up to 12 players (due by the first game). The roster (and any future changes) must be completed according to league rules.

Each player must complete and sign the Injury/Liability Release Form due by the first game.

Submit the basic data sheet, team roster, player registration forms and league registration fee by January 22, 2010. Remember there are a limited number of teams in this league.

After following these steps, Eastmont Metropolitan Parks & Recreation will review your registration for completeness and compliance with league guidelines. We will notify the team captain of approval or disapproval as soon as possible.

Eastmont Metropolitan Parks & Recreation will notify the team captain with their first scheduled game ASAP.

$200.00 per team must be paid in full by January 22, 2010. First-come first-serve! All players must be over 18 by Jaunary 22, 2010. Limited to first 10 paid in full teams. Ten regular season games, plus play-offs and championship game. *10 game guarantee*. We will attempt to play all games at Sterling Intermediate School on Thursdays and Sundays; however; game times, days and gyms vary due to possible changing of school's gym schedule. Playoff games may vary from original game nights, locations and times.
